Iyshea McKay

Iyshea graduated with a BA Honours in Dance and Drama from King Alfred's University, Winchester. She was a student of Sakoba Connect, a teacher training course in Summer 2001 and was PA to Sakoba's Artistic Director during Autumn 2001.
Supported by London Arts Iyshea trained under the supervision of Isabel Tamen to become an Independent Dance Manager. On completion of her traineeship Iyshea was offered the role of full-time Tour Manager for the Henri Oguike Dance Company, with whom she toured extensively across the UK and abroad for several years. In 2004 Iyshea took on the role of Education Officer with the Henri Oguike Dance Company, where she launched the company's education programme and managed the delivery of the GCSE set study.
In Jan 2008 Iyshea went on to work for the Enfield Education Business Partnership, where she led motivational workshops for young people preparing them for the 'world of work', and co-ordinated and delivered bespoke Work Related Learning events for local schools and colleges in line with the 14 - 19 Strategy. Iyshea was also the Artistic Director for Fluid, the first Dance Careers event in Enfield for over 200 GCSE, A Level, and BTEC dance students.
Iyshea joined Tavaziva Dance in 2008.
Jenny Hammond
Administrator
Jenny graduated with a BA Honours in Dance from the University of Chichester in 2006. Since graduating she has gained work experience in a variety of arts organisations, including Smart Audiences, DanceArts UK, Union Dance and Robert Hylton Urban Classicism. Alongside this Jenny also has experience in teaching dance and is currently working towards qualifications with the International Dance Teachers Association. In Spring 2007 Jenny began a work placement with Henri Oguike Dance Company and joined their management team as Tour Manager/Administrator in January 2008. Jenny joined Tavaziva Dance in June 2009.
